The Republicans cry like babies over deficits and the debt when a Democrat occupies the White House, but they spend like drunken sailors when a Republican is President.  The, call for a balanced budget amendment when Democrats occupy the Oval Office, but they pass huge spending  bills when their man is Commander in Chief.  So, let's analyze the national debt to get a better perspective on the issue.
